Welcome to Growadder. By using the Growadder app (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Growadder provides general growing guidance, perpetual grow scheduling tools, AI-assisted plant analysis, and journaling features. The App is intended for personal use only.

Growadder does not sell regulated products through the app. Any external links to Growadder’s website are for informational and seed-related purposes only.

2. No Professional Advice

All information, suggestions, scheduling, and AI-generated responses are for general educational purposes.

Growadder does not provide professional horticultural, agricultural, legal, or medical advice.

Users are solely responsible for how they choose to apply the information provided.

3. User Content & Photos

Growadder allows you to upload text and photos to receive AI-based suggestions.

We do not collect or store your photos or notes on our own servers.

Images are transmitted securely to our AI provider for analysis
We do not retain, sell, or share your data
Content stays on your device unless you choose to delete it

You agree not to upload harmful content or anything unlawful.

4. Subscription Terms

Growadder offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions.

By subscribing:

Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Settings
Apple handles all billing and refunds

Growadder cannot issue refunds directly.

5. License to Use the App

Growadder grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own private growing activities.

You may not:

Reverse-engineer the App
Misuse or abuse the services
Use Growadder for commercial cultivation guidance

6. Limitation of Liability

Growadder is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for:

Plant losses
Misinterpretation of AI suggestions
Errors in scheduling or diagnosis
Any damages arising from use of the App

Use the app at your own discretion.

7. External Links

The App may link to Growadder.com for seeds or company information.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
