NurseIQ End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and NurseIQ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the NurseIQ mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
NurseIQ offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following options:
- Monthly Subscription
- Yearly Subscription
Subscriptions may include a free trial period where applicable.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of any free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
3. Free Trial Terms
If a free trial is offered, unused portions of the trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one per Apple ID.
4. Educational Disclaimer
NurseIQ is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance. Content is not a substitute for formal nursing education, clinical training, or professional judgment.
Always follow your institution’s curriculum, instructors, and clinical policies.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as scanned notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide App functionality.
We do not sell user-generated content.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Share subscription access or attempt to bypass payment systems
- Distribute or resell the App or its content
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, content, branding, and design, are owned by NurseIQ or its licensors.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted under this Agreement will immediately end.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NurseIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Apple-Specific Terms
This Agreement is between you and NurseIQ, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

13. Changes to This Agreement
